If the event is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued after deducting applicable taxes and transaction fees.

All payments must be completed before the registration deadline to confirm participation.

Participants will receive an official confirmation receipt upon successful payment.

Failure to complete payment within the deadline may result in disqualification from participation.

Any payment-related disputes must be addressed to the support team within seven (7) days of payment submission.
